Our technique is based on vacuum packing raw vegetables that are cooked at a low temperature in the actual bag, without water but with a pinch of salt. This preserves the product’s best characteristics, aroma, flavor and nutrients.

Products are selected when they are at their perfect point of maturity so that you enjoy vegetables as if you had just picked and cooked them yourself. Thanks to this technique, products may be stored in the fridge for months and when you decide to use them, your meal will be ready in the blink of an eye.
